The demographic profiles of the respondents were analyzed and interpreted using descriptive statistics such as frequency transformed to percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used. Differences on the extent of respondents’ profile and the relation to their readiness to module, equipment, and training and other support system were tested using Pearson correlation at 5% level of significance.
Data for the result showed that the respondents were all “last ready” (1.83) on modules, and “not ready” on equipment (1.60) and on trainings and other support system (1.63). At 0.05 level of significance, the basic salary of the respondents varies across the level of readiness of the respondents with P-value 0.046.
The result concludes that the problem faced by the teachers may be disseminated into proper authority to plan strategic intervention and to use as feedback that serves as a guide for school leaders and policymakers to generate idea and insights in formulating educational policies that enable teachers to be more prepared during the difficult times.
