Summary, etc Abstract<br/><br/>This study aimed to identify and determine the challenges on the implemented laws, rules, policies, and regulations of law enforcement towards the tourism industry in Barangay Dinadiawan, Dipaculao, Aurora.<br/><br/>The data needed were acquired from different agencies in the Municipality of Dipaculao that were involved in the implementation of laws, rules, policies and regulation of law enforcement towards tourism industry in Barangay Dinadiawan. The data needed were obtained through questionnaires, supplemented with a personal interview. The statistical tools used in the analysis of data were simple frequency and percentage. The number of respondents is 30 from different agencies. Based on the result of the study, the following conclusions were drawn; the list of laws, rules policies, and regulations implemented towards the tourism industry in Dinadiawan are the following, the most mentioned, is RA 9003 (40%) which indicates "not disturbed" protected species, in pilocies, there were 36.67% mentioned Executive Order No. 120, while in regulations governments penalties or punishment mentioned that they may be imprisoned with the percentage of 33.33%.<br/><br/>The challenge in the implementation of laws for the tourism industry in Dinadiawan is, lack of planning strategy which needs more attention from local enforcement and other law enforcement agencies. It can still be improved further. The challenges of implementing rules for the tourism industry is lack of poor tourism infrastructure that needs to improve and attract local and foreign tourist destinations that can be essential to attract tourists. The challenge of implementing policy towards the tourism industry was inadequate, collaborative policy-making that was intended to developed distinct law enforcement agencies. The challenges of implementation of regulation towards the tourism industry was a lack of leadership so it is difficult for the agencies to implement regulations that will benefit the community.<br/><br/>The most challenging law that the agencies implemented was Anti-Illegal logging Section 68 of PD 705 since the area is surrounded by forests, and there are still people who do what is forbidden, further action by the government is needed. The most challenging rules that the agencies implemented were lack of discipline and irresponsible of waste disposal. The attention of local enforcement agencies is needed to preserve our natural resources. The most challenging policy that the agencies implemented was the lack of environmental knowledge, the law enforcement agencies are not yet knowledgeable enough, so attention is needed and the agencies need to master the environment. The most challenging regulation that the agencies implemented was on the environmental problems, these are the human activities that everyone are currently experiencing so action is needed coming from the people, especially the agencies to fill this problem.<br/><br/>The purpose of the local enforcement agencies in implementing laws in the tourism industry in Dinadiawan was to maximize the crimes that may be faced by the tourists or community who will visit and have a vacation in Dinadiawan. Through this, tourists will know that the place is a safer destination to visit. The purpose of the local enforcement agencies in implementing rules in the tourism Industry in Dinadiawan was peace and order. It will be more peaceful and orderly, without trouble, there will be a better environment for local and foreign tourists. The purpose of the local enforcement agencies in implementing policy in the tourism industry in Dinadiawan is to give job opportunities to the community.
