The statistical tools used in the analysis of data were simple frequency and percentage. There are 20 respondents identified in PENRO Baler, Aurora.

This study employed a descriptive method of research under quantitative research design with a self made questionnaire as the main instrument in gathering information of variables.

After the careful collection, analysis and interpretation of data, the study revealed that Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Global Positioning System (GPS), and drone are the major technologies utilized by PENRO Baler with the same frequency of 20 or (100%). It terms of advantages on forest area and condition; development of techniques for plantations and planted trees, especially development in tree improvement, leading to increased productively and yield with a weighted mean of 4.65. It was found that disadvantages on forest area and conditions; industrial population and the potential effects of climate change with a weighted mean of 3.30. Strategies of technological development in forest management, the Drone technology cater to the wide operations of the forest ecosystem to help maintain the balance of biodiversity with a weighted mean of 4.45.The overall result showed that PENRO Baler office has a Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Global Positioning System (GPS), and drone, which have the highest frequency technologies utilized by PENRO. The result revealed that the respondents understand the advantages and disadvantages on forest area and condition as perceived by the staff of PENRO Baler Office which falls under satisfied and neutral. The data showed that PENRO Baler has four major technologies used for forest management. The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) are among the major technologies utilized by PENRO Baler, Aurora. Advantages of using technologies utilized by PENRO Baler is the development of technique for plantations and planted trees, especially development in tree improvement, leading to increased productivity and yield in forest management. Disadvantages of using technologies utilized by PENRO Baler falls under neutral. This may imply that PENRO Baler office are aware about the disadvantages of technologies in forest management and drone technology has a great influence on PENRO Baler, Aurora in terms of technologies utilized in forest management, and help manages through time for a better plan in the future.
