Summary, etc This study aimed to determine the level of job satisfaction and job performance and to determine if there is a correlation between job satisfaction and job performance. A descriptive correlational research design and a self-made questionnaire were used to gather all the needed data among the 46 respondents from Casiguran National high School for the school year 2022-2023. The questionnaire was subjected to Cronbach Aplha analysis to ensure its reliability.<br/>The study was conducted among teachers of Casiguran National High School because in this school, no studies have been conducted with regard to the level of job satisfaction and the level of job performance of teachers and hence the conduct of this study.<br/>Results showed that the most of the respondents were very satisfied with remuneration (4.50) when they received a bonus that compensates for the job they performed. In career growth, most of the respondents were very satisfied if they have free time that enables them to write research for publication (4.26). In work-life balance, most respondents were very satisfied as they prioritize their health first and foremost (4.37). In productivity, most of the respondents were very satisfied with engaging classroom presence by being there for the students when they needed clarification and guidance with their school work (4.40). based on the job performance of the respondents, it is indicated in their Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) for the school year 2021-2022 are outstanding, with an overall rating of 3.74. It is, however, noted that there is no significant relationship between job satisfaction and job performance.<br/>The researcher concluded that teachers are very satisfied with their job in terms of remuneration and satisfied in terms career growth, work-life balance and productivity. Also teachers in Casiguran National high School are outstanding performers for School Year 2021-2022. Job satisfaction had no significant relationship with job performance among Casiguran National High School teachers.
