Summary, etc This study focused to determine the effect of mollusicidal activity of Makabuhay extract to control golden apple snail in Brgy, Diome Maria Aurora, AUrora. Especially, It was conducted to evaluate the growth performance of rice infested with golden apple snail in terms of number of damaged and undamaged tillers per plot, and number of egg cluster produced by golden apple snail. Determine the mortality rate of golden apple snail after 8 hours of application of Makabuhay extract.<br/>This study used 100 pieces of golden apple snail per treatment in different level of Makabuhay extract were as follows: Treatment 1 (control), Treatment 2 (2L), Treatment 3 (4L), and Treatment 4 (6L). The result of the study was analyzed using the analysis of Randomized Completed Block Design (RCBD) and LSD in comparing treatment means.<br/>The result of the study had showed significance differences among the treatment. Plant height number of damage tiller per plot, undamaged tillers and egg cluster shows that there are no significant differences among the treatment while, in terms of mortality rate (%) of golden apple snail the result show that there is highly significant, differences among the treatment.<br/>The use of Makabuhay extract was found to be most effective in increasing the mortality rate. Based on this study, among the four treatment, treatments 4 (6L Makabuhay solution) was found to be the most effective to control Golden Apple Snail.
