This study was conducted to determine the effect of different methods of application of fish amino acid as growth and yield enhancer of cucumber which started in January and ended in May 2023 at the vegetable production area of Aurora State College of Technology, Bazal Campus, Maria Aurora, Aurora. There were four treatments and replicated three times arrange in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The treatments were as follows: Treatment 1 (controll no application),, Treatment 2 (foliar application), Treatment 3 (drenching application), and Treatment 4 (combination of drenching and foliar application). Pair comparison using Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) showed that there was no significant effect among all the treatments in terms of days to first flower, number of productive flower, number of fruits per plant, fruit length (cm), fruit weight per plant (g), marketable yield (g), non-marketable yield (g), and total yield. Based on the results of this study, fish amino acid does not prohibit the superior results on the effect on cucumber as applied with foliar, when crop started to flower, because it is warm when the crops are in the fruiting stage because of the high nutrient (N) content of FAA. It lessen the produced flower compared to the crop treated with drenching and control. It is recommended to ideally use FAA during vegetable stage only in early stage of the crop as foliar fertilizer, since the effect were immediate until the flowering stage. Excessive use of NItrogen fertilizer can lead to nitrate pollution of ground or surface water. It is further recommended that a soil analysis be required before any farm activity.
