The study was conducted at Brgy. Reserva, Baler Aurora, from March to April 2023. A total of 130 heads of day old chicks were utilized in the study. Ten (10) heads of chicks were used in the palatability trial utilizing the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) whiled 120 heads of chicks were randomly distributed to four dietary treatments with 3 replicates each, following the Randomize Complete Block Design (RCBD). The treatments were as follows: T0 - Commercial Feeds; T1 - 50g of Crumbled Lemon Grass + 950g Commercial Feeds; T2 - 100g of Crumbled Lemon Grass + 900g of Commercial Feeds; and T3 - 150g of Crumbled Lemon Grass + 850g of Commercial Feeds. Statistical analysis revealed that chickens fed with Treatment 2 had the heaviest weights in terms of legs, head, and neck. However, Treatment 3 had the highest feed efficiency and dressing percentage ER -
