Despite the inclusion of an explicit biodiversity objective in the NGP, the Philippine government is struggling to implement projects and facing different issues and challenges that significantly affect Private Organization on the implementation of National Greening Program. This study aimed to determine the demographic and socio-demographic profile of the respondents; identify the issues and challenges of Private Organization regarding the implementation of National Greening Program; and the recommendation of the Private Organization to improve the implementation of NGP. The data needed were acquired from the DETFAWAI members at Brgy. Dianawan, Maria Aurora, Aurora. Data were obtain through survey questionnaire, supplemented with personal interview. The data was tabulated and analyzed using Microsoft excel and statistical tools such as frequency, percentage and mean. The active members of DETFAWAI are 35. The issues of DETFAWAI members about NGP in Brgy. Dianawan Maria, Aurora Aurora includes; difficulty in production and procurement of the quality seedling with a weighted mean of 3.46; not enough nurseries within the respective NGP sites with a weighted mean of 3.51: low budget and delay in the release of funds with a weighted mean of 1.83. After tabulating the data under the issue of the DETFAWAI members, it was revealed that the issue was moderately agreed with a general weighted mean of 2.21. The challenges of DETFAWAI members include; natural occurrence of natural calamities that regularly damage the existing NGP sites with a weighted mean of 2.29; very low survival rate of the seedling in the area which consequently affect the Private Organization with a weighted mean of 3.63. This revealed that the data under challenges was moderately agreed with a general weighted mean of 2.05. This means that the Dimasalang Egongot Tribe Farmers & Weaver Association Inc. was encountering these kind of issues and challenges that significantly affect their implementation about National Greening Program and needed to be solved so that their implementation about NGP could be widened and improved.
