The respondents claim that their internship experiences have improved them as individuals and will benefit them in their future careers. They learned hoe to respond positively to a challenge and be opened to learn new things both as employees and as students. They learned more about themselves, which improved their personal development.

Abstract:

This study focused on the lived experiences of the fourth year Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management interns, S.Y. 2022-2023.
