Fattoria E Resort is our prosed name of our business. It translates to Farm and resort in Italian language. We have chosen the name because it is simple and easy to pronounce.

In 2030, we want to be a leading agri-tourism destination recognized for our commitment to sustainable farming practices, immersive educational programs, unparalleled guest experiences.

Goal:
-Provide unique and memorable experiences for our guests.
-Maintaining the guests satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5.
-Introduce atleast 5 new themed packages or events each year.

Objective:
-Implementing organic and eco-friendly farming practices.
-Achieve organic certification within the next 2 years.
-Reduce reliance on external inputs by 20% through sustainable practices.

Our logo symbolizes growth and learning as a Corporation. the green leaves symbolize growth and rebirth. In the middle of the logo you can see the traditional bahay kubo of the Philippines symbolizing the unity of the employees/staff and the customers in our corporation. Fattoria E Resort means Farm and Resort. The green curve symbolizes the trials and problems relevant achieving our goals.

Business Description
Our Agriventure farm and resort is a modern agritourism site located in Reserva Baler, Aurora's gorgeous natural setting. Our aim is to effectively integrate immersive education, sustainable agriculture, and first-rate hospitality to provide guests of all ages with a singular and enriching experience.

Our Agriventure farm and resort is located at barangay Reserva, Baler, Aurora. The Nearest landmark is Aguang Bridge.

Funding requirements
The funds and sources that we researchers willl use is from our own savings which will agreed upon planning the business. We will divide the funds base on their share in the business. The amount of the projected loan will be half of what we will spend on the entire establishing business. The estimated amount that we will spend is 40 million pesos.

Increasing the value of an agricultural enterprise that consists of a farm and resort requires a combination of effective management, strategic planning, and income stream diversification. Put into operation integrated farming systems that blend various agricultural activities including aquaculture, livestock farming and crop cultivation. By doing this, land use is maximized and revenue sources are expanded. An agricultural enterprise that combines a farm and resort can develop a profitable and sustainable business model by combining the approaches, benefiting the community and the owners equally.
