Abstract
The study aimed to understand the customer's satisfaction on services provided by the different hotels in Baler, Aurora. Fifty (50) people was randomly chosen as respondents of the study between 25-30 years old tourist and guests of Aliya Surf Hotel and Robert A Baler. Thus, survey Questionnaire were utilized as the data collection tools. The study examines and scrutinizes the customers' satisfaction and challenges in terms of services provided by the two hotels. Such as accommodation, food and beverage, security measures, and recreations. Hence, the study showed that majority of the customer of the hotels of Aliya Surf Hotel and Robert A Baler are female in the age between 25-55 years old. However, according to the result of the study customers are moderately satisfied in the provided accommodation of the hotels in terms of its location and accessibility and in terms of security measures in the hotel security. Food and beverage services and recreational in different activity gained very satisfied feedback from the respondents. Finally, we want to express our deepest gratitude to our Almighty God for giving us strength to face the difficulties that we encountered throughout the process of completing this research successfully.
