Generally, the study was conducted to determine the effect of intoxicating yam extract on eggplant production. It was carried out to evaluate the effect of intoxicating yam extract in terms of days to first flower number of leaf and fruit damaged, number of observed harmful insects, marketable and non-marketable yield and total yield. A total of 168 plants were used in the study. Experimental plants were randomly distributed among four treatments and replicated three times using Randomized Complete Block and Design (RCBD). The different treatments used were T1 - Control, T2 - 1% intoxicating yam extract solution, T3 - 2% intoxicating yam extract solution, and T4 - 3% intoxicating yam extract solution. All data were further tested and analyzed using Statistical Tool for Agricultural Research (STAR) Version 2.0
