EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The business offering alcoholic beverages is one of the in-demand businesses today. Baler, Aurora has a lot of business establishments that offer alcoholic drinks. Fermented blue ternate glutinous rice wine production will be an in-demand business today. This will be a pasalubong product since Baler, Aurora is now allowing fully vaccinated tourists. Glutinous rice wine is an alcoholic beverage with fermented blue ternate and blue ternate, also known as Asian pigeonwings, is native to tropical areas in Asia and is a perennial vine that flowers all year round, producing delicate deep-blue blooms. "Around 2000 years ago, rice wine was created for the first time in Japan. The practice of creating Japanese wine rice dates back to Japan's first wet rice harvests. Rice wine production during the period was restricted to the royal court and sacred sites. Rice wine brewing rose to prominence in Kyushu in the 12th century and expanded to the rest of Japan." Tom, L. W. (2018, May 1) "Tapuy is a Filipino rice wine that was first produced in Batad, Ifugao, Philippines. In the Cordillera Province, particularly Apayao, Benguet, Kalinga, and Mountain, this indigenous wine is produced from fermented reduced. The proposed project will run through a partnership in order to easily raise the needed capital to start its business. In addition, this would also take advantage of the saying that in a group is better than one. Eventually, with regard to major decisions to be made for the business, the partnership will decide who will be the manager of the business and have full authority to monitor, evaluate, and control the flow of operations. The partnership will have shared equally for both profit and loss. Blue ternate glutinous rice wine is fermented wine and the alcoholic beverage is distilled from made by three major ingredients such as glutinous rice, yeast, and blue ternate flower. This beverage has health benefits because of the herb that we used to make this product. The blue ternate glutinous product is color clear cream liquor, and the size is 750 ml per bottle which the SRP 189 pesos only. The materials needed in this production are a clay pot, plastic galloon wine fermenter, stainless mixing bowl, wooden ladle, filter funnel, strainer, glass container bottle, shrinking packaging materials, and label stickers. Our users of this product are our consumers like tourists and residents of Baler.
