Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management

This research study aimed to determine the relationship between self confidence and the performance of fourth-year hospitality management students at ASCOT during the school year 2023-2024. It adopted a non-experimental quantitative research design, specifically a survey. The researchers found that there is no relationship between self confidence and performance in Introduction to Mice, showing a -0.109 correlation coefficient , 0.024 in Housekeeping Operations, showing a weak relationship between self confidence, and -0.034 in Fundamentals in Food Service Operations, showing that the performance of third-year hospitality management students has no relationship with self confidence. The researchers conclude that students' performance and confidence have no significant relationship.
