520 _aAbstract: The study investigates the experiences of working students, particularly those attending higher education institutions, in dealing with the problems of working while studying. The study's suggestions and recommendations are expected to improve working student's experiences and help them succeed both at job and in school. This study looks into the experiences of working students at ASCOT who are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Some working students were specifically picked and interviewed to learn about hurdles they faced and how they overcame them. The study's findings reveal that the informants completely comprehend the notion of working while studying and saw it as a financial need and an opportunity for personal growth. The informants discussed many obstacles face by working students, including time limits and a commitment to their studies. Despite the difficulties, in informants saw working while studying as a way to further develop themselves and obtain the skills required for better job. This study is significant since many college students work while pursuing higher education. As a result, understanding their experiences is critical, as they may have an impact on their future academic studies. They may face time restrictions while balancing the demands of both student and worker. This study offers some consequences and suggestions for working students to address their difficulties.
