Summary, etc This study attempted to determine the species planted, area planted including the location and survival rate of the CY 2018 established plantations and the problems encountered by the People’s Organization during the implementation of the project. The data were categorized and subjected to descriptive statistics.
On the seventh (7th) year of implementation of the Enhanced National Greening Program (ENGP), the Province of Aurora has planted a total of 126,830 seedlings such as cacao, calamansi, citrus, jackfruit, mango, guyabano, pomelo, atis, duhat, rambutan, buhong tsina, kawayang tinik, kawayang killing, bayog propagules, chinese bamboo, and giant bamboo propagules.
The study had a total area of 634.15 hectares consisting of 10 polygons that were contracted to various qualified Peoples’ organizations (POs) namely: Abuleg-Calabgan Protected Area Occupants Association Inc. (ACPAOAI), Aguan Upland Farmers Assn.,inc. (AUFAI), Croppers Sharesman Association Inc. (CSAI), Dinadiawan Sagip Kalikasan Association, Inc.
