21st century learners are having dramatic changes in every aspect of learning. This includes changes in behaviors inside and outside the schools. This research aims to identify the effective and ineffective classroom management skills of secondary school teachers in San Luis, Aurora and also to identify the behaviors, good or bad, of the respective students of the teacher-respondents. Using questionnaires, the data needed will be gathered, treated, and analyzed.
